What does regenerative farming look like in coffee? This box helps you explore that through coffees grown with these practices and insights from experts leading the work.
You’ll explore four coffees from producers using practices that support soil health and biodiversity. Alongside the coffees, you’ll get a 36-page activity book with tasting prompts, sensory challenges, and insights from top experts in this field.
You’ll also get access to a virtual masterclass that dives deeper into these practices and ideas.
And as a small way to give back, one tree will be planted for every box sold!

Guest educators and Producers
This box features four guest educators who each bring deep knowledge and advocacy for regenerative practices in their regions, and each contributes one of the coffees you’ll taste.
From Brazil, Felipe Croce of FAF Coffees focuses on agroforestry and biodiversity. In Peru, José Rivera of Origin Coffee Lab champions traditional methods that care for the land. Gally Mayer of Buena Vida Specialty Coffee in Costa Rica combines soil science with ecosystem restoration, and in El Salvador, Jorge Raul Rivera of Finca Santa Rosa shows how careful land stewardship shapes the quality of his coffee.
Together, they offer a grounded, inspiring view of what regeneration really looks like.

Roasters
This box features four outstanding roasters with longstanding relationships with our guest educators and their coffees.
Gota Coffee, Prolog, Mr. Hoban’s, and Right Side have each worked with these producers over time, developing a deep understanding of their coffees and how to bring out the best in them. Their thoughtful roasting highlights the care and complexity behind each lot, from soil to cup.
